LOL! Well, that isn’t really the way I run. I start of slow for about half a kilometer (warming up), then pick up normal pace and finish off without losing the consistency in speed.

Now that’s how it works on normal terrain.

This route was not on a plain. It had either uphill or downhill. Speed automatically comes down on uphill. On downhills, you have to intentionally slow down or else the speed exceeds your normal pace, and in a long run, that means injury.

Besides that the only moments captured in the above shots are either about my first half kilometer or my last four kilometers. By the way, the route was 12 kilometers long (and not 10 as I conclude in the end).

LOL! Do I love defending myself so much? 😛
